LANCASTER, Pa. — A Lancaster County teen has been charged in connection to a fatal shooting earlier this month . Jose Manuel Lopez III, 16, of Columbia, was charged with third-degree murder, involuntary manslaughter, possession of a firearm by a minor and three counts of recklessly endangering another person. Columbia Borough Police and Lancaster County detectives arrested Lopez on Monday night, officials said. The Lancaster County Coroner's Office responded to a home shortly after 10 p.m. on Saturday, June 18.
