All six passengers killed in a plane crash near a Southwest Alaska radar site have now been identified as investigators prepare to release their first report since the government-chartered flight went down earlier this month. The plane was trying to land in foggy conditions at Cape Newenham Long Range Radar Site Airport along the Bering Sea coast when it crashed on Aug. 20, killing the eight people on board. Four passengers were identified last week. The final two passengers were identified Friday by their employer as Joseph “Joe” Palmer and Tom Fisher.
