Coroner identifies Idaho Falls man who died in three-vehicle crash on US20
IDAHO FALLS — The Bonneville County Coroner has identified the man who died on Friday afternoon in a three-vehicle crash on U.S. According to Coroner Shante Sanchez, the man was identified as Rylee Baird, 29, of Idaho Falls. “Our hearts are with the family and friends affected by this loss,” says the coroner in a Facebook post. RELATED | Idaho Falls man killed in crash on Highway 20 According to the coroner and the Idaho State Police, the crash happened around 2:15 p.m near mile marker 297 in Jefferson County. Baird was reportedly driving east in a 2025 Kia K5 when it collided with the trailer of a westbound 2019 Kenworth semitruck driven by a 40-year-old man from Aurora, Colorado. A 2023 Ford F-150, driven by a 22-year-old man from Severance, Colorado, then collided with the Kia.
