LOUISVILLE, Ky. — Weeks after a fatal shooting in Louisville's Portland neighborhood, the victim has been identified. The shooting happened just before 4 p.m. on June 19 near 20th and Lytle Streets , according to Louisville Metro Police. Authorities said a caller reported hearing multiple gunshots before seeing a man fall off a motorcycle. When LMPD arrived on scene, officers found a man lying in the street suffering from a gunshot wound.
