Court docs: Semi driver charged after woman killed in head-on crash in Brown County

A semi driver has been arrested after a head-on crash that killed a 50-year-old woman in Brown County. It happened along U.S. Route 68, near Pleasant Township, around 9 p.m. Police say the tractor-trailer was heading northbound and trying to pass another northbound vehicle by moving into the southbound lane when it crossed into the path of Brenda Watson, 50. Watson was driving southbound and was hit head-on.
