A New Jersey community mourned the loss of the woman killed in the Times Square stabbing attacks on Monday. Erin Piacenti, a Bank of America employee who lived in Chester, was identified as the woman killed in the seemingly random incident in midtown Manhattan. NBC New York’s Charles Watson reports. New York's attorney general has opened an investigation into the deadly NYPD shooting of Pamela Cisneros, the woman seen on video stabbing people in Times Square this week, as is protocol in officer-involved civilian deaths, authorities announced Wednesday. Authorities say Cisneros on Monday randomly stabbed a young woman and a 68-year-old man, then refused officers' demands to drop the knives she held -- one in each hand.
