D.J. Reader foundation will cover funeral expenses for Page student
A foundation started by former NFL player D.J. Reader will pay for the funeral expenses of a Page High School student who died after being injured during a football game last week. The “A Son Never Forgets” Foundation has stepped in to cover the young athlete’s burial expenses, providing support to his family as they make arrangements following his death. The Page High School student was injured Thursday during a football game and was later pronounced dead at a hospital. Guilford County Schools announced his death but has not publicly identified him.
