DALLAS — Officers with the Dallas Police Department (DPD) are investigating a deadly crash that occurred early Saturday morning. DPD said in an email that its officers responded to intersection of Irving Boulevard and Regal Row around 5 a.m. after getting a call about a major accident. The department’s initial investigation determined that a single-vehicle crash occurred, killing the driver who was pronounced dead at the scene. The identity of the driver was not released. DPD said it is continuing to investigate the fatal crash.
