Dashcam video shows law enforcement making Bartow County Amber Alert arrest

To stream 11Alive on your phone, you need the 11Alive app. Example video title will go here for this video BARTOW COUNTY, Ga. — Dashcam video released by the Georgia Department of Public Safety shows law enforcement officers making an arrest in a recent Amber Alert case. The case originated out of Tennessee , in which a 1-year-old girl was reportedly taken by her non-custodial mother on July 29. Ultimately that mother, Kasey Hill, was taken into custody in Bartow County on warrants including aggravated kidnapping and child endangerment. The dashcam video posted Thursday morning by Georgia DPS, which oversees the Georgia State Patrol, shows law enforcement tailing a vehicle into a gas station, pinning in the car, arresting the mother and recovering the baby from the backseat.
