According to prosecutors, the victim, Martin Gross Jr., and Wali Shabazz were scheduled to work together at a bike valet service ahead of a D.C. United game on April 27, 2024. Gross arrived late at the location at T and 2nd Street, Southwest and apologized to his colleagues, they say.
