The death of a man who was killed by a train in St. Albans last month was an accident, according to a copy of the death certificate obtained by NBC5. On Wednesday, NBC5 reviewed a copy of the death certificate for Roger Patenaude, 47, of Newport Town. The report lists his cause of death as blunt force trauma to the head, neck and chest. The manner of death was determined to be an accident.
