Deputies: Physical altercation at Upstate park led to shooting that left 2 injured

GREENVILLE COUNTY, S.C. (FOX Carolina) - Greenville County dispatch said deputies with the Greenville County Sheriff’s Office are responding to a shooting incident on Tuesday afternoon. Deputies were called to reports of a gunshot victim at 1500 Piedmont Highway, which is Lakeside Park, around 2:03 p.m., according to officials. Upon arrival, deputies said two victims were found suffering from at least one gunshot wound each. Their wounds are described as non-life-threatening. Investigators believe the shooting followed a physical altercation between at least two people at the park.
