ORANGEBURG, S.C. (WCSC) — The Orangeburg County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help in locating a man wanted in a fatal shooting Thursday evening. Ja’sean Fritz, 20, of Orangeburg, is wanted on charges of murder, possession of a weapon during a violent crime and conspiracy.
