A Detroit teen accused of shooting at a security officer at a hospital in Grosse Pointe Woods has pleaded guilty. Trejion Sanders, 17, was initially charged as an adult with assault with intent to murder, assault with intent to cause great bodily harm, carrying a concealed weapon, felonious assault, and three counts of felony firearm. Sanders was allegedly trying to break into cars in the parking lot of Henry Ford St. Johns Hospital on Mack Avenue at around 11:50 p.m. on March 5. When security officers approached him, Sanders allegedly reached for his handgun.
