Dodd pleads not guilty to charges in Gibsonburg officer stabbing

Scott Dodd, 25, filed the plea in Judge William Finnegan's courtroom to charges of attempted aggravated murder, felonious assault with a weapon, obstructing official business and possessing criminal tools. A grand jury returned an indictment against him last week. Finnegan set Dodd's bond at $1 million with no 10% and ordered him to be under house arrest and on GPS monitoring if he posts bond.
