A mass shooting outside Douglass Homes in East Baltimore injured seven people, including a 3-year-old boy, according to Baltimore Police. On Thursday, police remained near the scene on patrol as neighbors talked about the incident. "I think I heard 7 shots and it scared me. I ran in the house," one East Baltimore resident told 11 News. According to preliminary information, officers were called after 9 p.m. Wednesday to the 1400 block of East Fayette Street for reports of gunshots.
