CLARK COUNTY, Wash. — Two people were seriously injured Wednesday afternoon when a vehicle rolled over near the Interstate 5 overpass at Northeast 78th Street, according to the Clark County Sheriff's Office. An American Medical Response unit witnessed the single-vehicle rollover collision at about 3 p.m. Thursday, the sheriff's office said in a news release. The vehicle's two occupants were extricated by fire personnel and transported to a local hospital, according to the release. Witnesses told investigators the vehicle, a gray 2025 Toyota RAV4, was traveling southbound on the I-5 offramp to Northeast 78th Street when it failed to slow for a red traffic signal, the sheriff's office said.
