Driver was high in crash that injured 6-year-old passenger, cops say

A driver was under the influence of drugs when she crashed on the Garden State Parkway earlier this year, injuring two passengers, including a 6-year-old child, according to court documents. McAneny, 42, was charged Monday with endangering the welfare of a child and two counts of assault by auto, an affidavit of probable cause states. McAneny, of Philadelphia, was driving erratically near milepost 70.2 in Ocean Township, Ocean County, on June 18 when she struck another vehicle, causing her car to overturn, the court document said.
