Police say they arrested an 11-year-old girl accused of shooting and killing her 15-year-old brother Wednesday afternoon in Edmond. Shortly after 4 p.m., police were notified of a reported shooting in the 1100 block of Lapwing Road, which is near Danforth Road and Santa Fe Avenue. When officers arrived, they found a boy who had already died from his injuries. Then, shortly before 1 a.m. Thursday, investigators arrested the teenager's 11-year-old sister in connection with the deadly shooting.
