Evacuation order issued for Scott as wildfire burns out of control

UPDATED At least four structures, including three occupied homes, were damaged as crews work to contain a wildfire in Caddo County that spread after officials say a lawn mower caught fire. Fire officials say no injuries have been reported as of 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Chief Jacob Hickey with the Cogar Fire Department said the fire is not considered contained because of the number of hot spots in the area and shifting winds. "We're not calling it contained just because we have so many hot spots jumping us everywhere," Hickey said. "We got all of our resources out here trying to do as much good as we can, but at this point, we can't call it, we're not comfortable calling it contained at all." ORIGINAL As firefighters continue to battle a fast-moving wildfire in Caddo County, the Oklahoma Department of Emergency Management says it is ordering an evacuation near the town of Scott.
