Officials said an improvised explosive device exploded in a restaurant on Kudrinskaya Square. A security guard, a bystander and a female suspect were killed in the blast, officials said. "According to available information, the explosion occurred near a summer café at around 8:10 p.m. today," the country's Interior Ministry said. The Department of Transportation said traffic near Kudrinskaya Square has been temporarily blocked.
