False social media post wrongly identifies deceased man as Idaho In-N-Out shooting suspect

The family of Darrius Smith, who was fatally shot in 2022, said a social media account falsely identified him as the suspect in the Aug. 1 shooting in Twin Falls. Police had already identified the gunman as 24-year-old Chad Williams, who authorities said died from a self-inflicted gunshot wound at the time the post circulated.
