Family of a young man shot and killed in Belltown calls for justice

SEATTLE — The family of Issac Rios is calling for justice after he was shot and killed in Belltown over Labor Day weekend. The shooting occurred just after 12:40 a.m. on Sunday in an area in front of KIRO 7, near Denny Way and Cedar Street.
