Family of victim in deadly double shooting calls for accused killer to surrender
BALTIMORE (WBFF) — It's been nearly three months since Asia Williams was fatally shot outside Mega Tobacco Shop on York Road in north Baltimore. The 38-year-old’s family sat down with Maryland’s Most Wanted as the accused killer, identified as Dashawn Taylor, 24, remains at-large. “I want him to be off the street because if he shot an innocent person, no one is safe, no one is safe,” Williams’ mother Jackie said. She yelled up the steps and said, ‘Mother, I’m going to the store to get a vape. I'll be right back.’" But instead of Williams’ returning to their home, Jackie said she woke up later that night to another family member at her door and calling her phone. “She told me to get dressed.
