Police said the call came in around 4:20 p.m. at the Garden Oaks Village Apartments at 4411 N. According to police, a 22-year-old man was stabbed during an argument with his brother, who is around 20 years old. Police said the 22-year-old managed to escape the apartment and was taken to the hospital, where he is in stable condition.
