Initially, investigators said only one person died in the crash and fire, but on Monday, officials have confirmed two other people were inside the car. VSP troopers responded to the crash in the express lanes of I-66 at mile marker 64.3 just after 4 p.m. Troopers say a Honda Pilot struck the rear of a truck transporting oxygen tanks that had stopped in the right lane.
