LANCASTER, S.C. (WBTV) - An airplane that crashed in a patch of woods behind a Lancaster County business last month experienced issues with both engines before it went down, a new report revealed. The fiery overnight crash happened just before 1 a.m. on July 2, behind a metal recycling facility along Brooklyn Avenue. Two people were aboard the plane and were both taken to the hospital with serious burn injuries. Following the crash, both the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) were called out to investigate.
