Fifth teenager charged over fatal Luton stabbing of 17-year-old

A fifth teenager has been charged with murder following the fatal stabbing of a 17-year-old boy. Bilal Nisar was found injured at Kingsway Recreation Ground in Luton at about 18:30 BST on Friday 21 July, and later died in hospital. A 17-year-old was charged with murder, violent disorder and possession of an offensive weapon. He was due to appear at Stevenage Magistrates' Court.
