Christopher Gillum, 45, was released after a Louisiana grand jury declined to indict him on a state terrorizing charge. Court records show the state refused the charge July 1. Gillum had been held without bond at a New Orleans jail after he was extradited to New Orleans from Florida and booked on the felony charge.
