Four juveniles were apprehended following a police pursuit after officers spotted a vehicle sought in connection with a deadly shooting, Waukegan police said. At around 7 p.m., 911 dispatchers received a call of shots fired in the 700 block of Lincoln Street. Authorities said a victim arrived at a nearby hospital after being shot several times, and multiple shell casings from different calibers of weapons were found at the scene.
