Latest update from abcnews4: Second suspect arrested in shooting at school bus stop in Gaffney that left one dead. Gaffney police Thursday charged 17-year-old Reginald Barnes in the shooting death of a city high school student at a bus stop Wednesday morning. Barnes was charged with murder and the possession of a deadly weapon, in connection with the shooting death of 17-year-old Jomiltron Fair. According to official and witness reports, Fair was attacked at the bus stop outside his home on West Rutledge Avenue. At least 15 witnesses, most of whom were students heading to school, were present. No other students were hurt.
