It has been nearly a month since a Massachusetts couple were shot and seriously injured at Hampton Beach, and police said the victims are still recovering. Officials said Tyshawn Cooper, 21, an active member of the U.S. Navy, shot two people on July 5 before killing himself. Investigators said Cooper and the victims did not know each other, and the shooting did not appear to be preplanned. The 23-year-old man who was shot has been identified as Chase Perault, of Tewksbury, Massachusetts.
