The victim was identified today as Donald Lawrence Yukitomo of Hilo, police said. According to the Hawaii Police Department, officers responded to a call shortly after 7 a.m. Monday for an unresponsive man, and found the body near a fence by Kuawa Ballields on Kuawa Street.
