A homeless man was hospitalized after he was stabbed repeatedly by another homeless man early Wednesday on San Antonio’s North Side, police said. Police officers went to the 2500 block of Jackson Keller Road, just north of Loop 410 and Jackson Middle School, at 3:55 a.m. in response to a reported stabbing in progress. Two men, ages 35 and 47, had become embroiled in a confrontation, and the older man stabbed the younger one multiple times in the upper body, police said.
