Chew Avenue in Olney that has become the center of an extensive investigation. On Thursday evening, Action News' Caroline Goggin sat down with Jonathan Halloran-Koren, a cousin of Nicole Fusaro. He described Fusaro as "a kind-hearted spirit. She loved spending time with friends." Halloran-Koren said Fusaro struggled with addiction.
