Houston Police: Pedestrian killed in crash on Cullen Boulevard, driver arrested for DWI

A pedestrian was killed Friday night after being struck by a vehicle near Cullen Boulevard and Bellfort Avenue, according to the Houston Police Department . The man was crossing Cullen outside a marked crosswalk and entered an active traffic lane around 9:46 p.m. A northbound vehicle hit him, and the driver remained at the scene and cooperated with investigators.
