Nearly 800 people have died as of August 30 from last week's flash flooding in the Nepal-Tibet border region, according to Nepali and Chinese officials. At least 2,502 people are still missing, authorities said. On the other side of the border, China's state-run Xinhua News Agency said that at least 16 people had been confirmed killed. Another 546 people were still missing, Xinhua reported. At least 85 Americans were still among the missing as of Sunday, State Department spokesperson Tommy Pigott told ABC News' Martha Raddatz Sunday on "This Week."
