CHARLOTTE, N.C. (WBTV) - Huntersville police have new details in the case of an alleged drive-by shooting into a home on Aug. 19 on Seafield Lane in the MacCaulay community. “During the ongoing investigation, the Huntersville Police Department was able to obtain images of the vehicle connected to an alleged shooting into an occupied residence on Aug. From the attached photos, it appears the vehicle is a second-generation Jeep Compass Latitude (2017-2021),” said a statement from the department. North Mecklenburg Crime Stoppers is now offering a cash reward of $1,000 for information leading to the identity or arrest of anyone involved in this case. 19, just before midnight, officers responded to a call for shots fired on Seafield Lane.
