Source Scout · NJ.com reports: The former lead singer of a classic rock band is returning to the stage with a new group and “fresh energy.” Ex- Foreigner frontman Kelly Hansen announced he will be the new lead vocalist for American-Australian rock band The Dead Daisies. The group released a new single, “Lift Me Up,” and announced 2027 tour dates with Hansen. “When I left Foreigner after 20 great years, I told everybody I wasn’t ‘retiring’ just moving on to other things,” Hansen said in a statement. ”This project gives me the opportunity to stretch out with some new melodies, a new vibe and fresh energy.
