A man charged with murder in a West Side stabbing told the victim he would "stab your (expletive) face off," according to arrest records. Bryan Allen Wilson, 25, was arrested Thursday and charged in the fatal stabbing of Cecilio Reyes Lucio, 33. Witnesses told police they got into a fight on Sept. 2 in the 1000 block of San Fernando Street, near Wilson's home on Torreon Street, according to an arrest affidavit. Officers responded to the scene and found Lucio lying on the ground with stab wounds.
