An investigation is underway early Friday after, police said, a man was shot and killed in Philly's Ogontz community. According to Philadelphia Police Department Chief Inspector Scott Small, officers responded to the 6300 block of North Gratz Street at about 6 a.m. after receiving a report that a man had been shot.
