‘It's an active drug house': Police investigate after 4 shot in Wilmington, Del.
A large police presence could be seen in Wilmington, Delaware, after at least four people were shot in an incident that happened on Tuesday morning. At the scene, at about 6:30 a.m. on Tuesday, officers could be seen investigating the area and blocking off the roadway at the intersection of East 10th and North Spruce streets in Wilmington, Delaware. A radio call shortly after the first reported a fourth victim had been injured in this incident.
