Justin Joyner has completed his support staff. Oregon State has hired Derek Saich as director of basketball operations, Shawn Moore as assistant director of operations, Ryan Noriega as video coordinator and Jackson Wegner and Cameron McCoy as graduate assistants. Saich spent the past two seasons as an assistant coach with Idaho women’s basketball, including a program-best 29-win season and Big Sky regular season and tournament championships. He was previously director of operations at San Francisco in 2021-22 and spent the following two years as an assistant with the Dons. Saich also spent three years as video coordinator for the Texas Southern men’s program, two years in the same role at Nevada and began his career as director of academics and video coordinator at UC Santa Barbara, his alma mater.
