Kansas City police have identified the person killed in a shooting Sunday that left two others injured. Police identified the victim Monday as 18-year-old Martez Turner. Police were called to a reported shooting Sunday around 5 p.m. to the 8700 block of E. Officers found a man in a strip mall parking lot suffering from critical injuries. He was taken to the hospital.
