KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) - A man is dead after an early-morning shooting at an apartment building, Kansas City police say. KCPD has identified the victim as William K. The Kansas City Police Department says emergency crews were called to the area just after 2 a.m. on Saturday, Sept. 5, on reports of a shooting. First responders add that when they arrived, they were directed to a nearby apartment building, where they found a man with gunshot wounds.
