A Kansas City man has been charged in a drive-by shooting that left one person injured and a home riddled with bullet holes earlier this month. Kansas City police said they recovered about 50 spent shell casings in the street outside the home following the Sept. 1 shooting. Prosecutors charged Marques Harris, 22, with one count of unlawful use of a weapon and one count of armed criminal action in Jackson County Circuit Court on Thursday.
