New Hampshire State Police have captured a man believed to be armed and dangerous in the Cheshire County area. The Keene Police Department announced at 9:15 a.m. that Patrick Allen Boyer has been arrested. The shelter in place order for part of Keene has been lifted. All roads in the area are now back open. State police said they have been looking for Boyer since Wednesday.
