A flash flood watch that was in effect in 18 New Jersey counties has been upgraded to a flood warning in multiple counties. The warning applies to the following counties until 6:15 p.m.: Northern Mercer County, southwestern Somerset County, southeastern Hunterdon County and southwestern Warren County. Locations in Mercer and Somerset counties that may experience flash flooding include Flemington, Hopewell, Cloverhill, Skillman and Flagtown. Locations in Warren County that may experience flash flooding include Washington, Belvidere, Harmony, Oxford, Alpha, Roxburg, Brass Castle, Pleasant Valley and Phillipsburg.
