The best chance for rain this weekend is on Sunday, but shower chances return early next week. Hurricane Marie has formed out in the Pacific and is expected to remain well offshore of Southern California. Still, the storm could send tropical moisture into the region over the weekend, bringing increased humidity and a chance of showers. The best chance of showers is Sunday morning and in the afternoon, especially across Los Angeles County.
