Lynchburg Councilman Misjuns says he received death threat after resident criticized his social media as ‘hate speech’

Misjuns received “a specific and credible written threat” that referenced dragging him from the council chambers and stated he was being watched everywhere he goes, he said in a written statement. He contacted the city police department immediately, and a report was filed.
